Kenya is holding discussions with neighbouring Tanzania and other East African countries on plans to build a new oil refinery at the Tanzanian port of Tanga on the Indian Ocean, Kenyan President William Ruto said on Thursday.
“We are going to have a joint refinery in Tanga to benefit all of us,” Ruto told a conference on infrastructure financing in Nairobi.
