Abstract:
   Women's health is one of The main pillars indicating the quality and efficiency of the health system of any society, Although health programs directed at women are naturally divided between reproductive and non-reproductive health care services; However, The health risks that surround the reproductive period are the most dangerous and affecting a woman throughout her life.
   This research paper seeks to identify The most important Factors Affecting The maternal health of women in The African continent, with the countries and regions of the continent classified according to the levels of health care provided and the life losses due to deaths and the most prominent pathological causes that cause this, while developing a future vision to Alleviate the burden of this health problem in the continent.
