The Qirāʾāt Afrīqīyah Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. All authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to adhere to the following principles to ensure the integrity and quality of the research published.

Research must demonstrate originality, innovation, scientific and methodological rigor, linguistic accuracy, and well-structured writing.

Research must adhere to the principles and standards of scientific research and publication ethics, employing recognized methodologies, tools, and techniques relevant to its field.

Avoid offensive or non-constructive criticism of individuals, organizations, or states.

For co-authored research, the lead researcher must obtain approval from all contributors and disclose their respective contributions.

The citation ratio must not exceed 20%.

If the research is rejected, the journal will send a rejection letter without being obliged to provide reasons.

The researcher is obligated to pay the expenses incurred in the review process if they request to withdraw the research and halt the evaluation procedures.

Upon acceptance, authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the journal the right of first publication, licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Detecting and Addressing Plagiarism
The Qirāʾāt Afrīqīyah Journal is committed to publishing only original research. Any instance of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or other forms of academic misconduct will be dealt with according to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. If plagiarism is identified at any stage, the manuscript may be rejected, or the published article may be retracted. Reviewers are also required to report any identified instances of plagiarism or academic misconduct during their assessment, specifying problematic sections and providing evidence.
