Abstract:
People have been interested in education since the beginning of their creation, so we can hardly find a society without education, and the importance of this research comes from the fact that it is one of the scientific studies aimed at uncovering problems related to French-Arab schools, as well as facilitating information for researchers to be at their fingertips. Bearing in mind that many Senegalese intellectuals, with all their intellectual spectrum, are not aware of the reality of this system. In addition to the above, this research contributes to the evaluation of the French-Arab public education system as a whole. The problem of this research lies in the fact that the French-Arab schools, despite their history, and being part of the inputs of the public education system, the steps of their progress are very slow, and their legal personality is still facing many complex difficulties, and it needs solutions to support its growth, especially if we know that much Senegalese go to these schools, because they respond to their psychological needs and their social and cultural requirements more than public education devoid of the Arabic language and Islamic education. Therefore; the researcher shed light on the history of these schools, their reality, and the most important educational problems they face, and then followed them up with several proposed solutions to help solve many of them.
