<\/bdo> The independence of Kuwait in 1961 constituted an important turning point in the process of development of the Kuwaiti society, which resulted in a group of economic and social changes and structures. Aamong which, the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development is considered the most important, because it is one of the oldest Arabic financial institutions. Since its inception on December 31, 1961, it has been providing material assistance in the form of financial loans, grants, and technical assistant  for developing countries, including the countries of the African continent, but in this study we will focus on the West Africa region, to highlight the geographical and sectoral spread of the loans provided by the Kuwaiti Fund to the countries of this region, and a comparison between the assistance provided by the fund to West Africa and the regions of Central, South and East Africa, and then touched upon the positiveness of this role that the Kuwaiti Fund played on the State of Kuwait.\nThe study revolves around four axes: First - The emergence of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, its objectives and its most important characteristics; Second - Geographical distribution of the Fund's aid in West Africa; Third - sectoral (and qualitative) distribution of the Fund's assistance in West Africa; Fourth - Comparison and ranking of the West African region, in relation to the regions targeted by the Fund within the African continent; Fifth: The political impact of the Fund\u203as aid in West Africa; and Conclusion.\n<\/span><\/pre>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
