And \u200bif a gap opens or if we are asked, we always live up to our \u200bobligations,&#8221; Ramaphosa said, according to \u200bcomments broadcast on local broadcaster Newzroom Afrika.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If the \u200copportunity \u2060were to open, we would talk and say: there must be a ceasefire. Dialogue is always the best \u200bway of \u200bending conflict \u2060and then ending the war.
