The South African Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation announced on Tuesday that the country will file its memorial to the ICJ in October 2024, presenting facts and evidence to substantiate claims that Israel is committing genocide in Palestine.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis case will continue until the court makes a finding. While the case is in progress, we hope that Israel will abide by the court\u2019s provisional orders issued to date,\u201d the ministry said in a statement.<\/p>\n
