Designed and built by Senegalese engineers and technicians working on the SENSAT S\u00c9N\u00c9GAL project, in collaboration with the Montpellier University Space Center (CSUM) in France, GAINDESAT1A\u2019s mission is to \u201ccollect and transmit environmental data.\u201d<\/p>\n
